Delivery of completed items must be completed within 5 days of
notification of completion,
Other wise a $5 per day storage charge will be levied for up to 5 days,
after 5 days the rate
rises to $10 per day and an additional charge of $100 plus any and all legal expenses will be applied
for administration.
No additional charges will be applied due to True North being unable to
deliver.
Items left for more then 60 days will be disposed of at the owner’s
expense & all charges and amounts due for work completed on the furniture shall be due upon request.
